I'm not sure if this is actually a salvation army.  It seems more like a crack den.  Proof: The day I moved to town I got  stuck in traffic right in front of this building due to a SWAT/bomb squad barricade.  Some guy had climbed onto the roof of the Salvation Army and was threatening to jump while holding a suspiciously large backpack.  The cops were able to talk him down and thankfully the backpack was just a backpack.  One of the craziest things I've ever seen.

God I love seeing people getting arrested
