Last week I took a much needed respite to visit my friend Maggie in Washington DC. It's the 5th time I've been down there since the summer, and I'm slowly falling in love with the city. Lots of sun, amazing architecture, and most importantly, the best fried chicken and sweet potato mashies I've ever had.
