God I love Maine. I spent a lot of my childhood near Windham and I can safely say that this building has not changed in 15 years. It was always in this weird perpetual stage of decay. It never got any better or worse. It just always stayed the same. I think my favorite part is the sign. It looks like they only had one letter V, but needed to have both TV and DVD up there, so they made it a crossword. Genius.
