My new favorite restaurant in Beverly has to be the Anchor Bar.  Great seafood, amazing prices, and a nice salty atmosphere.  By salty I mean the last time I was there, two teenage girls at the next table brought their own water bottled filled with vodka and sneakily put it in their club sodas.  So clearly they like to keep it classy. 

In the two weeks I've resided in Beverly I've been to the Anchor three times.  I know that's a bit crazy but I just can't help myself (also for most of that time I didn't have any pots and pans or food so I ate out a lot).  Where else can you get a $6 bucket of steamers, an $8 piece of haddock the size of your face, or a $10 lobster while being hit on by old sailors?  Oh that's right.  No where.
